Privacy Policy

This is the personal website of Amit Mourya, at amitmourya.me. This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions: contact@amitmourya.me.

What I collect

The site collects personal data only when you choose to send me a message through the contact form:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your mobile number, if you choose to give it, and
• the message you write.

I use this only to read and reply to your message. I don't add you to a mailing list, sell or share your details, or use them for advertising.

Who processes it

• Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox. Formspree stores submissions on its own servers under its privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify) hosts the site. Like any web host, it may keep standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and operations.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads.

What I don't do

The site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no user accounts. See the Cookie Policy for details on cookies.

How long I keep it

Messages stay in my inbox and in Formspree for as long as they're useful for our conversation. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email contact@amitmourya.me to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. I'll respond as soon as I reasonably can.

Links to other sites

Links to LinkedIn, GitHub and other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
