The problem
Banks needed to capture items at the branch on mobile devices, across very different institutions — a US global bank, a US credit union and an Indian public-sector bank.
My role
Technical Team Lead — managed the team, assigned work across the Android and iOS apps, made sure development standards, policies and procedures were followed, and monitored progress day to day.
