The problem
TCL needed customer-facing digital journeys across several products at once — the MoneyFy app alongside Business Loan, Personal Loan and Home Loan journeys — each with its own delivery timeline, but built and maintained by the same UI team.
My role
Associate Engineering Manager — project-managed and worked on the TCL engagement, responsible for the solution’s complete development life cycle.
Approach
- Built the front ends on Angular and Ionic, with work tracked in YouTrack.
- Collaborated with senior engineers on the technical design and methodology for each product line.
- Monitored progress day to day and kept the team focused on on-time delivery of the agreed scope.
- Managed risks and issues at the development-timebox level, escalating to project management where needed.
